Processing time frame
Express and priority shipping orders will be processed within 24 hours Monday-Friday. For standard and free shipping orders please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped out.
COCRAFTEDCREATIONS LLC is not responsible for any customs or duty fees for international orders which are separate from the shipping cost.
Delivery time frame
Due to the worldwide situation, (facility closures & overall increase in volume and less carrier employees) USPS has removed its guaranteed delivery timeframe. Please allow additional delivery time due to COVID-19.
It is essential that the correct shipping information is entered. If you realize that you misspelled your address or did not enter an apt/unit number please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your order number and correct shipping information.
We cannot intercept a package after it has already left our procession regardless if it was processed with the incorrect address, nor will we resend a package if it is sent to the incorrect address unless the package is returned back to us. If the package is returned back to us we will refund you for the products purchased, not including the shipping, and you will be charged a $4 restocking fee, If your order was shipped with free delivery we will refund you for the products purchased, minus a $4 stocking fee. We will not resend any package unless the shipping to the correct address us recieved and the shipping is paid for.
Please note if your package gets lost or stolen from your mailbox we will help you open a claim with USPS but we will not issue a refund or resend your order as we are not responsible for lost or damages caused by a third party.
Once the order has been shipped you will get an email with your tracking information. If you do not receive an email for the tracking within 2-3 days of placing your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send it again. Once the package leaves our posession the United States Post Office will be in charge of delivering your package, with that being said, if any package gets stolen, lost, or destroyed we are not responsible; but if that happens please let us know so we can file a claim for you and we will help you as much as we can until there’s a resolution.
